Chris Paterson

Managing Director

Chris has over 30 years experience of commercial property. Chris joined Burns and Partners in 1997 and spent 4 years at CKD Galbraiths before returning to become Managing Director of Burns and Partners in 2007.

Chris has a BSc in Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In his spare time Chris enjoys playing golf at Luffness and listening to music from the 1980s.

Keith Burns

Director

Keith has over 10 years experience of direct real estate asset management and commercial and residential development. He has spent the last 4 years as managing director and head of asset management at KLGD Holdings Ltd. Keith is the managing partner of the Ardross Partnership with commercial assets and developments across Scotland.

Keith is an Economics graduate, has an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In his spare time, Keith enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar and Mixed Martial Arts.
